Mussels in Garlic Cream Sauce

Mussels in Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Mussel Meat, Cooked*
  • 1 Onion (minced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/3 tspn Salt & Pepper
  • 10-12 Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 tspn Parsley (chopped)

Directions

Heat oil in medium skillet.  Add onion and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes).

Add mussels – stir.

Add sour cream and garlic and tomatoes.  Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt an pepper.

Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread

You could also boil some small potatoes and slice in small pieces.  Add to sour cream and blend with sauce.
