Basic Codfish Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package Codfish Cakes*
  • 1 Jar Tarter Sauce, for dipping

Directions

Without defrosting, fry in hot oil (mx. 160 degrees C – 320 degrees F) in small amounts until golden brown.

Notes

Serve as an appetizer, with dipping sauce or with a side salad.
