Garlic Butter and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ALVOR EZ Peel Shrimp*
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1 stick butter
  • parsley, diced
  • kosher salt to taste
  • lime and lemon wedge, optional

Directions

Melt the stick of butter on medium-low heat.
Put the garlic cloves through a garlic press and add to the melted butter turning the pan down to low.
Heat the garlic in the butter for about 5 minutes.

Heat your grill and place the split shrimp on the rack.
Baste the shrimp with the melted garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley and salt to taste.
Close the lid and check after 2-3 minutes (shrimp are cooked when the head & tail touch)

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges, green salad, and a loaf of rustic bread.
