Ingredients
- 1 bag Mussel meat, cooked*
- 1 -2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 box Linguini
- 2-3 whole Tomatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic – chopped
- 1/2 cup Parsley – chopped
Directions
Boil pasta according to package – drain all but 1cup and place back in pan.
Lightly coat mussels in flour – melt 2-4 tablespoon butter and sauté mussels until lightly golden. Remove from pan and set aside. Add garlic and tomatoes and sauté. Add to mussels and transfer all to pasta.
Melt remaining butter and to pasta mixture. Toss all and enjoy!
